Fixed Logger32 position-parsing bug.
This was a routine in my ADIF Log-parsing code, that errored when confronted with the way that Logger32 formatted it's positions. Its such a shame that everyone cannot stick to the ADIF rules, but I have found over the years that many software writers prefer to do things their own way.
