|Contest Results & the Contest Results-Viewer - Version: v4.1 - 27th January 2011
LogView can display the position of each identified callsign in the published results of many contests, and lets you overlay your own log entries above them on the map. This is a useful way to see who you have or haven't worked, and to get a feel of the volume of entries to any contest. It might also be useful to identify entrants located in a particular area that you missed - does this indicate changes needed to your antenna coverage ?
LogView also has a separate, dedicated Results-Viewer, that lets you create a map of the published contest results for any one of over 140 different contests, and compare them to the results of other contests in the database. To launch the Results-Viewer in a new browser, select the resolution you prefer:
[800x600] [1024x768] [1280x1024]
You can also use the Results-Viewer offline. A copy is in each of the offline zip-files, which are available on the 'FAQs', 'Offline', or 'Updates' pages.
The table below shows which results are available with LogView and the Results-Viewer: Green for 'Yes', Red for 'No'. You can select any one of these when you upload your log, or examine the results in greater detail with the Results-Viewer.
With many thanks to the ARRL, CQ, & the NCJ for making all contest results available.
